Recent projects have included Optac, the multi award winning handheld device, designed for Stoneridge Electronics. The core requirement was to design a 'Digital tachograph download device' that was simple to use, easily transportable, secure and perceived by the purchaser as a positive, non-intimidating aid to their business. Within 12 months of the product being launched, Stoneridge Electronics' customer base increased from 1,600 to 10,000 by a 90% sales conversion rate after potential customers handled the product.
